Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Are your custom number plates road-legal in the UK?

Yes! Our custom number plates are 100% DVLA-compliant and meet UK regulations. All plates follow the legal standards for font, size, and reflectivity.

What is the difference between legal number plates and show plates?

Legal number plates meet DVLA standards and are suitable for road use. Show plates, on the other hand, are for exhibitions, car shows, and private collections and are not road-legal.

How long does delivery take for my custom number plates?

What documents do I need to buy a legal number plate?

To comply with DVLA regulations, we require:

- Proof of Identity: Driving license, passport, or a utility bill.

- Proof of Vehicle Ownership: V5C logbook, V750 certificate, or lease agreement.

Do you accept returns or refunds on custom number plates?

Since all number plates are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. If your plate arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
